Our new project with the National Baseball Hall of Fame and Museum has got us thinking... We've always found it helpful to have these numbers at hand:

A baseball diamond infield is 3,600 square feet.

A tennis court is 2,700 square feet.

A basketball court is 5,000 square feet.

A football field is 57,000 square feet.

A hockey rink is 200 feet by 85 feet for a total square footage of 17,000.
